Fisetin is a naturally occurring flavanol found in small quantities in various fruits and vegetables that supports memory and cognitive function as well as acts as a potent antioxidant. Animal research suggests that Fisetin may be an effective healthy aging support supplement due to its potential as a senolytic, but these results have yet to be established in human trials.
